Privacy
A short, honest account of what we collect, why, and who we share it with. The site sends no email itself — Shopify sends, and we read what comes back.

What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us: your email address if you join our waitlist or mailing list; your name, email address, and message if you contact us through the form on our contact page; and your name, shipping address, and order details when you place an order. We also use privacy-respecting analytics, described below.
Why we collect it
Your email address is used to send you updates you asked for — waitlist and launch news, and, if you opt in, marketing about new designs and offers. Order and delivery details are used to get your mat to you and to provide support if something needs fixing. If you write to us through the contact form, your message is stored as a support record in Shopify so we can find it when we reply. Writing to us is not a marketing sign-up: a message never adds you to our mailing list and never changes a mailing-list choice you have already made.
Who we share it with
We keep the number of third parties small and tell you plainly who they are.
- Shopify handles our checkout, stores our customer, order, and contact-form records, and sends every transactional and marketing email on our behalf.
- Vercel hosts this website.
- Google Analytics and PostHog help us understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
- Vercel, which hosts this website, also provides its privacy-focused analytics: it counts page views and measures page speed without cookies, without storing your IP address, and without any identifier that could follow you to another website.
Payment details
We never see or store your card details. Checkout is hosted entirely by Shopify, and payment is handled by Shopify and its payment processors — not by our servers.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for basic site function and, only after you accept them, for analytics. Google Analytics and PostHog do not run and no analytics or marketing beacon fires until you've given consent through our cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your cookies or adjusting your browser settings.
Email from us
The Sujuud website itself does not send email. Waitlist, order, and marketing email is sent by Shopify on our behalf, and anything you send us arrives at hello@sujuud.com, an inbox we read and reply from directly.
Unsubscribing
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@sujuud.com and we will remove you.
Access and deletion
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@sujuud.com with your request and the email address or order number it relates to, and we will action it.
