Where we ship

Every mat ships from the United States. We currently ship within the US and to a curated list of international destinations, which we are expanding as demand grows. All prices are in US dollars.

Shipping cost

Domestic shipping rates are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. International shipping is calculated by the carrier at checkout based on your address and order weight — we never charge a flat international rate, so you always see the real cost up front.

Free shipping

Orders over a set amount qualify for free domestic shipping. That amount is shown in your cart as you shop, and again at checkout — we keep it there rather than in this policy so it's always current.

Duties and taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not collect these at checkout, and we do not know in advance what they will be — check with your local customs office if you want an estimate before you order.

Processing and delivery

We pack and dispatch every order ourselves, as quickly as we reasonably can. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it the rest of the way.

Returns

If a mat isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition. Domestic returns are free; international returns are at the buyer's shipping cost.

• We'll confirm the return and let you know where to send the mat.
• Once we receive it and confirm its condition, we issue your refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your mat arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong design, tell us and we'll make it right at our cost — a replacement or a full refund, whichever you'd prefer. Email hello@sujuud.com with your order number and a photo if you have one.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Shopify, our checkout provider. Once a refund is issued, it can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
