Who we are

Sujuud makes and sells premium prayer mats. If you have a question about these terms, email hello@sujuud.com. Pending owner/legal review — legal entity name and registered address for "who we are" — needed before launch if required by payment processor or local law

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch your mat — not at the moment of payment. We'll always confirm by email once your order has shipped. Occasionally an item sells out before we can fulfil an order; if that happens, we'll contact you and refund you in full.

Pricing and availability

All prices on this site are shown in US dollars. We try to keep pricing and stock information accurate, but prices, designs, and availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Product images

We photograph every mat as faithfully as we can, but colors and texture may look slightly different depending on your screen and its settings. Minor variation is normal for a woven, embossed product and is not a fault.

Intellectual property

The Sujuud name, logo, calligraphy mark, mat artwork, and the content of this site belong to us. The artwork is fixed and may not be copied, reproduced, or used elsewhere without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please use this site as intended: browsing, buying, and getting in touch. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, copy its content or code for reuse, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We work hard to describe our mats accurately and to fulfil every order properly. That said, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or your order, beyond the value of the order itself. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that can't be excluded.

Checkout is operated by Shopify

When you check out, you leave sujuud.com and complete your purchase on Shopify's own checkout, under Shopify's terms and privacy practices as well as ours.

Governing law

Disputes

If a disagreement can't be resolved by emailing hello@sujuud.com, Pending owner/legal review — how disputes are resolved — e.g. courts of a named jurisdiction, or a specific arbitration clause — to be confirmed with counsel before launch.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business grows. We'll update the date below when we do, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
